EXERCISE! THE NEW LOVE OF MY LIFE
My Exercise Schedule is probably a bit over the top, but I honestly started my Lap Band Journey by doing 5 -10 minutes of walking a day and then as I got fitter I increased everything to what I am doing now.

And now I love exercising, and for me I never thought I'd ever say that. I know many people who have had Lap Band who have lost heaps of weight and not exercised much at all, cause I do understand that lots of exercise is not the point, but I like to see big results quickly and I also want to make sure I tone my body and I have always been worried about excess skin, cause I have been so overweight, for so long
Monday - 1000 Steps
Tuesday - Water Aerobics
Wednesday - Water Aerobics  
Thursday - Personal training with Andy
Friday - Walk
Saturday - Gym & Swimming
Sunday - 1000 Steps and long walk in the afternoon and whatever else comes up (hopefully a Marathon here and there LOL)

NEXT MARATHON - 30th March 08- Walk for the Kids raising money for Royal Childrens, doing this with work as a Corporate Team :)
Another awesome PT session with Andy.....
My wonderful boss has a house in Mansfield and let me and the girls from work borrow it for the weekend with our partners to go to MT BULLER.. I have never been to the snow and thought Snowboarding will be fun. OMG! I was so wrong - I sucked at it - LOL. Kept falling over! It was funny but I ended up just walking up and down the hill of snow - I think I will stick to the treadmill - but I am glade I had a go :)
