1 slice multigrain toast (no butter)
1 poached egg
Cup of tea with skinny milk

Lunch:
Cup of chicken /corn noodle soup
2 vita wheat biscuits nothing on them

Afternoon:
4 red grapes
1 piece of carob chocolate (1 square)

Dinner:
1 slice of Roast Chicken
1 bite of pumpkin
1 piece of brocolli

Other:
Green tea x 4 cups
2 litres of water

1 hour Personal training with Andy
Running & Boxing

Late Afternoon:
5km walk with Luke

Chocolate Sustagen Drink

Lunch:
4 Vita Rite 9 grain biscuits with low fat cheese and avacado

Afternoon:
Small handful of raw nuts

Dinner:
Small piece of home made lasagne, meat and vegetable

1 cup of tea with no fat milk
