Hi Everyone, I will be attending this great weekend! It is being organised by Andy - my Personal Trainer, for most of you, you would have read about Andy in my journal. He is a very important part of my journey and has assisted me so much to get to where I am already. I have had many personal trainers over the years but never found one like Andy. My main reason for starting with him was because he has been there, he has had Lap Band Surgery, he knows what we are going through... He is an absolutely fantastic Personal Trainer and motivator, I could not recommend him highly enough to anyone interested in seeing him. Feel free to email me any questions! Kim :)
Band Camp is an educational weekend away experience exclusively for patients of Gastric Banding.
Arrive Friday afternoon and be welcomed by your host Andy who has lost over 50 kilos with the Lap Band.
Throughout the weekend you will enjoy;
Cooking, food preparation class
All meals and drinks provided
Group discussions
Emotional eating advice
Group exercise
Personal Training
Exercise and Nutritional education
Not to mention the chance to socialise with other Gastric Bandsters and share or learn about other people’s experience and much, much more.
After the weekend you will have access to group exercise sessions once a week for up to 6 weeks.
Band Camp is for all Bandsters, successful or still working on it and is designed to help you get the most out of your Band and achieve your goals.
