For me in my life she has been very important in loving me and cheering me up all the times as a child I would cry for being called Fat.. As a mother I can't imagine what that would have done to her, seeing me so upset my entire childhood because I was overweight. My mum tried everything with me to lose weight. She would never say no to anything new I wanted to try, she would have spent tens of thousands of dollars on trying to help her and me lose weight.
My Mum was skinny as a child, a teenager and as a young mother, she started putting on weight probably in her 30's, she is not as big as I am, but she is a bigger lady.
Today I just found out she is booked in to have Lap Band Surgery at Knox Private Hospital on Wednesday 17th October... I AM SO EXCITED FOR HER...

Mum has had Lap Band!! WOO HOO!! And god did they take hours... But all done and she looks so much better than I did when I was banded. Enjoy!
